About
With the Fourth Holy Grail War deadlocked and no victor in sight, the Church overseer Risei Kotomine forces the surviving Masters into an uneasy alliance to face a threat that could tear Fuyuki apart. That truce doesn't hold for long, because every mage at the table is willing to do something unforgivable to claim the wish-granting Grail. As the war grinds toward its end, the rift widens between Kiritsugu Emiya and his Servant Saber over what a hero actually is, while the hollow Kirei Kotomine drifts toward a dangerous kinship with one of the remaining Servants.
