Demon Slayer
Demon Slayer opens with a complete 26-episode season that turns one family's loss into a supernatural quest. Crunchyroll, Hulu, and Netflix carry this 2019 TV starting point with subtitled and English-dubbed options. Ufotable gives the fights a sharp sense of motion, but the quieter training and recovery stretches matter too. The season works best for viewers who want action tied to grief, loyalty, and the bond between siblings. At roughly 24 minutes per episode, it is easy to sample, though later conflicts reward watching in sequence.
About
Tanjiro Kamado comes home after selling charcoal and discovers that a demon has attacked his family. His sister Nezuko is the only survivor, but she has been changed into a demon herself. Tanjiro sees signs that she has not lost all of her humanity, so he protects her and searches for a way to restore her. The path draws him into rigorous training as a demon slayer and brings him face to face with the creatures he now hunts. The premise balances dangerous encounters with a deeply personal question: can Tanjiro save the person closest to him without losing himself to hatred?
