Pick three titles you like, and Hozuna will return other titles that share their strongest genre connections. Your choices are made in the browser, then their IDs are added to the page address so the result becomes a real link you can send to someone else. Our server reads that address and works out the list. Because the picks are part of the address, they are recorded in ordinary server logs and our visitor analytics, just as any page address is. We do not attach those picks to a person or use them to keep a viewing history or build a profile. There is no account and nothing to sign in to. A shareable link is not a private link. We chose shareable, and want to be plain about the trade before you choose.
How the matching works
Genres come from a licensed public dataset. For each of your three picks, a genre gets one point when that title carries it. A genre shared by all three therefore has three times the weight of one found in only one pick. Every other title is scored by adding the weights of the genres it shares with your picks, then the titles are ordered from highest score to lowest. Any title with no shared genre is left out rather than slipped in to fill the page. The result is a direct account of overlap in the source data, with common genres carrying more influence across your choices. This is genre overlap, not machine learning or a personality test.
