Fate/stay night: Unlimited Blade Works
Unlimited Blade Works puts Shirou Emiya's heroic ideals under pressure inside the Holy Grail War. Crunchyroll, Hulu, and Netflix carry this 2014 TV adaptation. ufotable gives the clashes speed and visual clarity, but the sharper hook is the conflict between Shirou, Rin, and Archer over whether saving everyone is an ideal a person can actually live by. These 13 episodes run about 24 minutes each and form the first season; a second season finishes the route. Start here if you want Fate's supernatural action tied to a sustained argument about heroism rather than a simple tournament story.
About
A secret conflict erupts in Fuyuki City when mages call legendary heroes into the present and compete for the wish-granting Holy Grail. Shirou Emiya enters by accident, poorly prepared for opponents who understand the contest far better than he does. His pact with a Servant keeps him alive, while an uneasy partnership with Rin Tohsaka draws him deeper into the fighting. As Shirou insists that no one should be sacrificed, Archer challenges the assumptions behind that belief. The series follows their struggle without losing sight of the dangerous contest surrounding them.
