About
As tradition demands, thirteen-year-old witch Kiki leaves home for a year to find her own city and make her own way, armed with only her broom, her sardonic black cat Jiji, and a knack for flying. She settles in a pretty coastal town and launches a delivery service, learning the small hard lessons of independence: money, loneliness, kindness from strangers, and a wobble of self-doubt that briefly costs her her magic. It's a warm, unhurried story about the courage it takes to grow up.
