About
A soft-spoken Medicine Seller drifts through feudal Japan, arriving wherever a mononoke — a spirit grown monstrous on human grief and sin — has taken root. He cannot simply strike it down: to draw his exorcising sword he must first uncover the spirit's Form, its Truth, and its Reason — which means excavating the very human cruelties that birthed it. Each arc is a locked-room ghost story where the real horror is what people did to each other, told through paper-textured, riotously colored art that turns every frame into a woodblock print.
