About
Michiko breaks out of a supposedly escape-proof prison with one goal: find the man she never stopped loving. Her first stop is rescuing Hana — a girl trapped with foster parents who treat her like a servant — because the man they're both connected to is Hana's father. Michiko is loud, reckless, and allergic to plans; Hana, who she nicknames Hatchin, is careful, skeptical, and far too grown-up for her age. Their scooter-bound journey through vibrant cities and dangerous backroads keeps testing whether two people this different can become something like family while the police close in behind them.
