About
Atsushi Nakajima is thrown out of his orphanage and, starving on a riverbank, saves a whimsical man attempting to drown himself. Atsushi soon learns he has a power of his own and is drawn into the agency's conflicts with the ruthless Port Mafia and other ability-users.
