About
Tenchi Masaki is an ordinary 17-year-old until the day he accidentally frees Ryoko — a notorious space pirate sealed away in a cave near his family shrine for centuries, mistaken by locals for a demon. Springing Ryoko is only the beginning: soon a parade of alien women descends on the Masaki household, from a haughty space princess to a genius scientist, each with her own claim on Tenchi and her own agenda. As the chaos mounts, Tenchi discovers his own family history is stranger and grander than he ever imagined. Warm, funny, and surprisingly heartfelt, it turned a house full of bickering aliens into an accidental family — and launched countless imitators.
