About
Takopi, a bouncy octopus-like alien from the Happy Planet, lands on Earth with a simple mission: spread happiness. But Shizuka's unhappiness isn't a puzzle a gadget can solve — it's bullying, neglect, and loneliness layered deeper than Takopi's sunny worldview can comprehend. His clumsy attempts to help set off consequences no one intended, and the series follows them with unflinching honesty toward something like grace.
