About
Ray Steam is a young inventor in an industrializing England, the third generation of a family obsessed with the power of steam. When his grandfather mails him the Steam Ball — a sphere containing pressure beyond anything science has achieved — Ray becomes the target of the O'Hara Foundation, a corporation with plans to weaponize it at a scale that could redraw the world. The film builds to an astonishing final act, a battle across a city where invention itself is the weapon and every gear and rivet is drawn by hand.
