About
Kazuma was promised a heroic second life and instead ended up saddled with a useless goddess, a mage who can only cast a single explosion a day, and a knight who enjoys being hit a little too much. This season keeps the demon king firmly on the back burner while the group stumbles from one self-inflicted disaster to the next — lawsuits, debt, freezing winters, and schemes that blow up in their faces. It is less an adventure than a sitcom in fantasy clothing, and it is all the better for knowing exactly what kind of gloriously petty show it wants to be.
