About
Rintarou Okabe has renounced the mad scientist Hououin Kyouma. Traumatized by his failures across the worldlines, he's chosen the ordinary life — college classes, quiet friends, no time machines — while the people around him tiptoe around the wreckage. Then, at a technology forum, he meets Maho Hiyajo and Professor Leskinen, whose creation changes everything: Amadeus, an AI built from the memories of someone Okabe could not save. Talking to a ghost with her voice pulls him back toward the machinery of fate he swore off — as the future he was supposed to prevent begins assembling itself around him.
