About
Gabimaru the Hollow is an elite shinobi and the deadliest man on death row, yet no execution seems able to kill him, because a single reason to live keeps dragging him back: his wife. He's offered one way out — travel to a mysterious island and retrieve an elixir of immortality for the shogunate. The catch is that the island is a lush, beautiful death trap crawling with monstrous flora and inhuman enemies, and the other condemned criminals sent alongside him are every bit as dangerous. It's a survival gauntlet where paradise and hell turn out to be the very same place.
